MGKF74 Series CNC Vertical Compound Grinding Center
The MGKF74 series of CNC high-precision vertical compound grinding centers features a novel and compact structural design, good rigidity, and strong practicability, achieving a high degree of integration of high precision, high speed, and high performance. This series of grinding machines can grind inner holes, outer circles, and end faces in one clamping. It has functions such as automatic tool changing, automatic workpiece measurement, and on-line dynamic balancing of the grinding wheel, enabling a wide processing range.

Applications
The machine tool is mainly used for the machining and grinding of engine shafts and disk-type parts. It can process materials such as titanium alloys, stainless steels, and high-temperature alloys. The machine tool can also be used for the machining of various circular disk-type parts, gear-type parts, etc. in industries such as bearings, molds, automobiles, ships, locomotives, and key fields.
Machine Tool Layout
The MGKF74 series is an 8-axis controlled vertical grinding center, adopting the Siemens CNC system.
The major components of this machine tool are the bed and the column. The machine tool bed integrates the front and rear beds into one. The column is placed on it for longitudinal movement. The slide drives the grinding head and the turret to move vertically on the column. The circular worktable rotates on the front part of the bed. The turret enables the grinding head to achieve continuous indexing and is equipped with an automatic measurement system. The 4-station tool magazine is located on the right side of the bed, enabling the automatic tool changing function. The wheel dresser is positioned between the circular worktable and the tool magazine. The electrical devices, hydraulic devices, and cooling devices are arranged at the rear of the machine tool, while the electrical control box is fixed on the front of the right side of the bed.
