Product Overview
The DK pump is a horizontal split - case multistage single - suction volute centrifugal pump. It has remarkable features such as reliable performance, high - efficiency energy - saving, convenient maintenance, and long service life. The product design complies with the GB/T 5657 standard.
Application Fields
This series of products is applicable to industrial and urban water supply and drainage, such as drainage in factories, mines, power stations, water conservancy projects, oil fields, cities and other fields. It is used to transport clean water or other media with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water.
Operating Range
- Flow rate: 70 - 3500 m³/h
- Head: 80 - 400 m
- Temperature of conveyed medium: -20 - 80°C
- Direction of rotation: When viewed from the drive end, the pump rotates counterclockwise.
Product Features
- The two impellers are symmetrically arranged back - to - back, which basically balances the axial force. The residual axial force is borne by the bearing.
- The fully - sealed pump shaft design prevents the pump shaft from contacting the conveyed medium, ensuring that the pump shaft is not corroded, easy to disassemble and assemble, and has a long service life.
- The bearing body adopts a split - middle structure. By opening the pump cover and bearing cover, the entire rotor can be taken out, enabling simple adjustment and convenient maintenance.
- There are two types of shaft seal structures: mechanical seal and packing seal. Special sealing methods can also be adopted according to user requirements, such as sand - proof special seal and lamellar shear packing seal.
- Both the pump body and pump cover are made by resin - sand molding, which ensures accurate dimensions of the casting appearance and flow channels and a smooth surface, thus improving the hydraulic efficiency.
- The pump selects an efficient hydraulic model and adopts CFD optimization design, which improves the hydraulic efficiency of the pump and its cavitation performance.
- The finite - element method is used for strength calculation, making the pump operate more reliably and durably and extending its service life.
