Functional Features

  • Soft Start and Soft Stop: Based on the thyristor voltage regulation principle, it adopts two-phase control and realizes smooth start and stop of the motor through voltage ramps, reducing the impact of starting current and mechanical stress.
  • Built-in Bypass: After the motor starts, it automatically switches to bypass operation, which reduces energy consumption, saves installation space, and facilitates installation and maintenance.
  • Easy Configuration: It can be set via 3 potentiometers, allowing adjustment of parameters such as start-up time and initial voltage.
  • Signal Indication: It provides signal indications including start ramp completion, ready to start/standby, and operation, all displayed via green LEDs.
  • Communication Function: It supports fieldbus communications such as Profibus and Modbus, and can be connected to devices like upper computers and PLCs to realize remote monitoring and control.
  • Comprehensive Protection Functions: It is equipped with multiple protection functions including overload protection, phase failure protection, and overheating protection. It can monitor the motor current and thyristor heatsink temperature in real time, and automatically take protective measures when abnormalities occur.
  • Wide Adaptability: The operating temperature range is -25ºC to +60ºC, and it can perform a maximum of 10 switching cycles per hour (under 3.5 times the rated current, lasting 7 seconds, with a 50% duty cycle).

Application Fields

It is suitable for industrial scenarios such as pumps, fans, conveyors, and compressors. It can avoid the "water hammer" effect in systems like chilled water pumps and cooling water pumps, and can also be used in ventilation equipment to achieve light-load energy saving. Additionally, it is applicable to conveyors and elevators that require frequent start-stop, reducing mechanical wear.
