YK2312 CNC Straight Bevel Gear Shaping Machine

The YK2312 CNC Straight Bevel Gear Shaping Machine is particularly suitable for machining small-diameter, small-modulus and high-precision straight bevel gears. The machining accuracy of straight bevel gears by this machine tool can reach GB6 grade.

This machine tool uses two gear shaping cutters for gear cutting, suitable for single-piece, small-batch or mass production. It is applicable to the machining and manufacturing of small-specification precision straight bevel gears in industries such as precision instruments and meters.

Main Performance and Structural Characteristics of the Machine Tool

1.This machine tool is a four-axis three-linkage machine tool. Using servo motors as the driving power source, it can realize electronic handwheel, tool setting, and tool adjustment.
2.The traditional mechanical structure is simplified. There is no need to replace the change gears, which reduces the machine tool adjustment time and shortens the transmission chain. This not only improves the machine tool accuracy but also makes the operation more accurate and convenient.
3.The machine tool is standard equipped with Guangzhou CNC control system and servo motors. According to customer needs, German SIEMENS or Japanese FANUC CNC systems and motors can be used. The machine tool is standard equipped with a safety protective cover and a chip removal mesh box.
4.The machine tool is configured with an independent sealed electrical cabinet with a constant temperature control device.
5.The bed has a built-in cooling tank and hydraulic tank.
