Overview

 
The DFG series (with hot - water types derived from it) of pipeline pumps is carefully designed by our company using hydraulic models and according to the needs of various users under different operating conditions. The product quality complies with the standard GB/T 5657 - 1995 Technical Conditions for Centrifugal Pumps - Class III.
 
For the DFG series pipeline pumps, the direct connection between the motor and the pump simplifies the intermediate transmission structure and enhances the running stability. With a pipeline - type structure, the inlet and outlet of the pump can be installed at any position and in any direction of the pipeline, just like valves. Compared with ordinary horizontal pumps, it reduces the floor space by 30%. It also features low running noise and small vibration, significantly extending the service life of vulnerable parts. This type of pump is widely favored in the market for its stable performance, energy - saving feature, small footprint, and compact structure.

  • Suitable for industrial water supply, urban water supply, and water supply for high - rise buildings.
  • For boosting pressure in fire - fighting pipelines.

Operating Conditions and Scope

 
  • The volume of insoluble solids in the suction and discharge medium should not exceed 1% of the total volume, and the particle size should be ≤ 0.2mm.
  • Flow range: 2 - 1400 m³/h.
  • Head range: 5 - 130 m.
  • The maximum working pressure of the pump system should be ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the suction port pressure + the pump head ≤ 1.6MPa.
  • When the inlet pressure is greater than 0.8MPa, the materials of the pump body and pump cover need to be changed, such as ductile iron QT450 - 10.
  • Medium temperature: -15ºC < T ≤ +80ºC. For hot - water types, 80ºC < T < 105ºC. Special orders are required when the temperature is equal to or higher than 105ºC.
  • Ambient temperature: ≤ 40ºC.
  • Motor insulation class: Class B or Class F.
  • Motor protection class: IP54 or IP55.
